Start with the feeling
A landscape can remind you of somewhere you’ve been. A botanical painting can bring color into a quiet room. Choose a work you want to spend time with, then consider how its colors sit alongside your furniture and textiles.
Measure before choosing a size
Use painter’s tape to mark the artwork’s dimensions on your wall. Step back to the place where you usually see the wall. Above furniture, check the artwork against the furniture’s width and the space around it.
The sizes on each print page describe the listed artwork option in inches. If you plan to add a mat and frame, allow for their extra width. Ask the studio to confirm finished dimensions before ordering.
Paper or canvas?
| Finish | What to consider |
|---|---|
| Art print | A paper print gives you flexibility to choose a mat and frame. Confirm the paper and finish for your selected work. |
| Canvas | Canvas adds a visible surface texture. Check the specific listing with the studio for stretching and hanging details. |
| Framed print | Some artworks include a framed option. Ask about frame material, color and finished dimensions. |
Make it personal
You don’t need every piece to match. A shared color, subject or feeling can connect different artworks. Leave enough space between pieces for each one to stand on its own.
